Yes, I can make more. If the quantity is very large, I will need some time to get supplies and manufacture the products.
Can I specify which free sample I get with my order?
Yes, if you see something on the site you want to try, specify the product on your order form.
If I have a soap in mind, can you create it for me?
I can do my best to try. I have many scents and soap formulas that I have not listed in my shop. I also have a large collection of soap molds. So, chances are, I can create it.
I favorited an item in your Etsy shop but it has been sold. Do you have others available?
It depends on the soap. Sometimes, I use limited edition fragrances. But usually I can recreate anything you have seen in my shop.
How long does shipping take?
I ship first class through the U.S. Post Office. It usually takes a couple of days. If you need expedited shipping, that can be arranged.
Does the price include sales tax?
If you are buying in California, which is our home state, then yes you will be charged sales tax. It will be clearly noted on your order before you choose to complete the sale.
I have a blog/website/youtube channel where I review products. Do you provide free samples for reviewers?
I get so many requests for free products that I can’t possibly keep up with them. So, the answer is no, we do not provide free samples. We do, however, send a free sample with every purchase.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
Yes, we can ship outside of the U.S. but the shipping rate is usually much higher. We can calculate the shipping costs based on where you are located before you complete the purchase.
